Recently ordered and received this product within 3 days of ordering, considering it was over a weekend. The packaging was good and the quality was also great. I was really looking forward to building Ashoka and I was not at all disappointed. It was a quick but fun build and I really enjoyed how they did her "hair" with this BrickHead. It was all and all a good experience, from ordering online to have the final Lego built. I am sure you will enjoy this Lego Brickhead just as much as I did, whether it is your first Lego ever or if you are adding to your collection.
