Celebrating our Rainbow Nation with uniquely South African builds
To celebrate Mandela month, this July we hosted a #BuildSouthAfrica competition to encourage our vibrant AFOL community to build a proudly South African LEGO creation. Chris McGee was our overall winner - with his distinctive take on the "South African Alarm Clock"

Meet Superhero Seth!
Brave cancer fighter Seth Fortune came to visit us at our store in Canal Walk to pick up some awesome new LEGO sets. This marvelous masterbuilder is now in remission just 3 days after his 8th birthday and we could not be happier for Seth and his family. Read more about Seth's journey here.
Meet LEGO® Super Mario's Super Fan, TJ !
Not only is TJ a budding masterbuilder in the making but he is an expert in all things LEGO® Super Mario™. TJ owns every single LEGO® Super Mario™ set and came in-store to show us his build of the 71391 | LEGO® Super Mario™ Bowser's Airship Expansion Set.
What would you make with just 20 bricks ?
Earlier this year we challenged you to collect a pack of 20 bricks from one of our 4 stores and build something with only the bricks provided! The results were phenomenal.

#Rebuild Challenge
Meet Peter Peter Furstenberg, one of our most talented SA LUGS and the winner of our rebuild challenge. Using only the pieces from set 40477 | LEGO® BrickHeadz™ Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey & Louie and he transformed it into this Colourful Lovebird. A true example of the endless possilities when it comes to LEGO and ones imagination. Peter has made his instructions available for download, so you too can take part in this satisfying build.
