Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Great Yellow Brick (Pty) Ltd.

The competition is open to residents of South Africa except employees of Great Yellow Brick (Pty) Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry to the competition is only valid to customers who enter between 1st April 2024 and 30th April 2024. The entrant also has to be a member of the LEGO® Certified Store's Brick Rewards Program and must subscribe to receive marketing communications. One entry per person is allowed.

Closing date for entries will be 30th April 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Customers are required to spend R1500 or more on any LEGO® sets in-store at their nearest LEGO® Certified Store between 1st April 2024 and 30th April 2024.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and at their sole discretion, including but not limited to the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows: 1 x 10274 LEGO® ICONS™ Ghostbusters ECTO-1 set will be won in each LEGO Certified Store. Therefore a total of 5 sets will be awarded as prizes in this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Prize winners will be chosen by LEGO® Certified Stores SA by 7th May 2024. The promoter's decision is final.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
